EO GSEA India's Semi-Final 2024 Contenders!
In a thrilling announcement, eight outstanding students have emerged as the semi-finalists set to compete in the India finals of the EO GSEA India 2024. Hailing from diverse regions, the impressive lineup includes Pratik Raghuwanshi from EO New Delhi, Nishkarsh Srivastava representing EO Noida, Mitansh Khurana from EO Mumbai, Shubhangi Desai of EO Nagpur, Adnan Abbasi ABBASI representing EO Bhopal, Mosin Shaikh from EO Pune, Ayush Singhal representing EO Bangalore, Gopichand Anumolu of Navi Mumbai, and Rahul Khatri from EO Kolkata.
The 8 semi-finalist startups have been meticulously chosen from a pool of 40 startups representing various chapters of EO across the nation. Following a rigorous selection process, 15 judges deliberated during a day-long event where each participant presented their pitches.
The esteemed jury panel includes prominent names including Jital Shah, Rajesh Joshi, Samrat Jain, Rikant Pitti from EaseMyTrip, Aditi Chowdhary, Vinamra Agarwal, Neil Agarwal, Advay Jhunjhunwala, Amarjeet Kaur, Hameet Sawhney, Sudeep Goenka, Arjun Nijhawan, Anant Kanoi, Vandana Seth and Sahil Jindal.
The Journey Continues: Way Forward For The Semi-Finalists of EO GSEA
Now, these semi-finalists will progress to the finals, where they will face even greater challenges and opportunities. The GSEA India finals will be held in Bhopal on March 15, 2024, where the country's brightest minds will compete for the coveted title.
Among the contestants, India Finalist will secure a cash prize of Rs 50,000 and earn the privilege to represent the nation in the EO GSEA Global Finals. This global showdown, set in Singapore, will witness fierce competition among winners from over 50 countries, marking a true testament to the spirit of entrepreneurship on a global scale.
The global finals will take place later this year, the dates and destination for the same is not revealed yet.
Prabhakar Kadavasal, Regional Chair, EO South Asia, said, "Everyone is a winner. All 40 participants brought forth a wealth of thought, innovation, and thorough analysis of the ideas and problems they aim to address. It's truly encouraging to witness."
