Neysa Secures $30 Mn in Series A Funding to Fuel Gen AI Revolution

Neysa, an AI Acceleration Cloud System provider, has raised $30 million in Series A funding, co-led by NTTVC, Z47, and Nexus Venture Partners. This follows a $20 million seed round earlier this year, demonstrating strong investor confidence in Neysa's mission to democratize AI access for Indian businesses.

Neysa Funding

The investment comes at a crucial time for India's burgeoning AI ecosystem. With AI demand projected to reach $22 billion by 2027, Neysa is strategically positioned to address the growing need for scalable AI solutions. While over 60% of Indian enterprises are exploring AI applications, access to purpose-built AI infrastructure remains a challenge. Neysa aims to bridge this gap by providing localized, high-performance computing resources.

Neysa Velocis: Powering AI Innovation

Neysa's flagship platform, Neysa Velocis, launched in July 2024, provides on-demand access to AI-optimized infrastructure. The platform has already secured paying customers across various sectors, including AI-first startups, media companies, and public sector organizations.

Fueling R&D and Expansion

The new funding will enable Neysa to scale its infrastructure, advance research and development, and prepare for the launch of its integrated Gen AI Acceleration Cloud Service. This service will further democratize access to cutting-edge AI capabilities, empowering organizations of all sizes to innovate and compete in the age of AI.

"This investment brings us closer to our vision of democratizing access to Gen AI and AI solutions for organizations across the world," said Sharad Sanghi, Co-Founder and CEO of Neysa. "We're thrilled with the progress we've made since our seed round. The general availability of Neysa Velocis and the onboarding of customers across key sectors validate our approach."

Sanghi's enthusiasm is echoed by Neysa's investors, who see immense potential in the company's mission and technology.

Vab Goel, Founding Partner at NTTVC, expressed his confidence in Neysa's ability to drive AI innovation in India: "We are excited to co-lead the Series A round and deepen our partnership with Neysa. The team’s innovation and commitment to accelerating Gen AI solutions are creating a significant impact in the region’s tech ecosystem."

Avnish Bajaj, Founder and Managing Director of Z47, was particularly impressed by Neysa's rapid progress and market traction: "Sharad, Andy and Neysa team’s remarkable progress in a short period of time has been inspiring. Neysa finds itself in the enviable position of having more demand than any other company I have seen at a similar stage and is a catalyst for digital transformation not just an AI provider."

This sentiment is shared by Jishnu Bhattacharjee, Managing Director of Nexus Venture Partners, who emphasized Neysa's crucial role in facilitating AI adoption across Indian enterprises: "By building out AI-native compute infrastructure and making that easily and securely accessible, Neysa is accelerating the adoption of Generative AI by the enterprises."

Neysa's Vision for the Future

Neysa's mission is to empower businesses with the power of AI, eliminating complexity and unlocking innovation. The company's "Power of More" approach focuses on delivering exceptional value, while "Leading the Change" reflects its commitment to driving AI-led digital transformation in emerging markets.

In addition to scaling its technology, Neysa is actively collaborating with global system integrators, cloud service providers, and AI software providers to further democratize AI access and bridge the digital divide. The company is also participating in government initiatives and industry collaborations to shape public discourse on AI adoption and innovation.

Neysa's $30 million Series A funding marks a significant milestone in India's AI journey. By providing accessible and scalable AI infrastructure, Neysa is empowering Indian businesses to embrace the transformative power of AI and drive innovation across all sectors.
