Karnataka Schools Shine at ATL Marathon 2024

Karnataka has emerged as a powerhouse of innovation, with its schools securing a dominant position at the ATL Marathon 2024. The state led the nation with a remarkable 84 projects selected as finalists out of a pool of 19,700+ submissions. This achievement highlights Karnataka's commitment to fostering a culture of creativity and problem-solving among its youth.

Mysuru's Excel Public School (EPS) stole the limelight by contributing 11 of these finalist projects, a record-breaking feat for any single school. The school's consistent participation in the ATL Marathon over the past six years has established it as a leading institution in nurturing young innovators.

A Spectrum of Innovative Solutions

EPS students showcased their ingenuity through projects addressing diverse challenges. From developing a traffic rerouting device for flood-prone areas to creating a solar-powered medicine vending machine, the young minds at EPS demonstrated a deep understanding of societal needs. Their projects also encompassed areas such as agriculture, education, disaster management, and environmental sustainability.

The selected finalists will now participate in the Student Innovator Program, which offers opportunities for mentorship, internships, and funding. This program is designed to nurture the next generation of innovators and entrepreneurs.
