Blockchain technology is on the cusp of revolutionizing the way we interact and transact, yet a mere 1% of the population is utilizing it. Recognizing the importance of education in driving adoption, NITI Aayog's Atal Innovation Mission (AIM) has partnered with technology powerhouses 5ire and Network Capital to unleash a revolutionary new blockchain module that will empower students across India.
The AIM, a Government of India initiative, has set out to develop new programs and policies that foster innovation and entrepreneurship across the country. Their flagship program, the Atal Tinkering Labs (ATL), has been implemented in over 10,000 schools across India with the objective of fostering curiosity, creativity and imagination in young minds.
With the launch of the ATL Blockchain Module, the AIM is taking a significant step forward in the digital transformation of India. This innovative technology will change the way businesses and individuals interact and transact, providing a secure and decentralized platform for data storage and transfer. This is a game changer for the world of data technologies and financial services.
5ire, one of the world's fastest growing blockchain unicorns, has lent its technical expertise and knowledge to the module, while Network Capital, the world's largest mentorship and career exploration platform, enabled the curation and conceptualization of the module. These two companies are leading the charge in the blockchain revolution and their partnership with the AIM is a powerful move towards the widespread adoption of blockchain technology.
The ATL Blockchain Module will be launched on January 23, 2023, in the presence of leaders in innovation and technology, including Dr. Chintan Vaishnav (Mission Director of Atal Innovation Mission), Mr. Pratik Gauri (CEO & Cofounder of 5ire), Mr. Utkarsh Amitabh (CMO of 5ire & CEO of Network Capital) and Ms. Deepali Upadhyay (Program Director, Atal Tinkering Labs & Mentor India).
